SOME INFO ON ROBBIE :
I grew up in country Victoria, I am a young 42 years old, and I have a beautiful family with 3 daughters.
I currently own a Hobie PA14, 2 person Indian canoe, 3.9m savage custom electric boat & a bass boat Triton explorer18 running a 200 V8 merc motor.
My fishing started when I was in Victoria, with like most others, with my dad and pop. We chased trout in the lakes and streams all over Victoria, as well as cod, redfin and yellowbelly. My favourite lakes are lake Purrumbete and Bullen Merri where we would chase chinook salmon & Atlantic salmon.. Bullen Merri is now a bass stocked lake
I came to QLD 15 years ago for work and loved the fishing and weather, so we stayed.
My main target species is bass, and mostly all freshwater species, I do like dabbing in some local saltwater, searching for mangrove jacks, barramundi and of course flathead. I love bank bashing creeks, streams and small ponds, trying my best to avoid ticks, snakes and spiders... hahaha.
My favourite bass go to lure is the trusty HALCO TWISTY. Its my confident bait. I spent a lot more time on the water these days helping others to achieve the enjoyment we have been able to experience in years past.
In time I have learnt to carve and make my own lures with help of great anglers and lure makers. I enjoy tying my own flys and tinkering with the weird techniques out there that are not highly promoted. I currently own the VOODOO LURE and JP LURE brand.
Fishing for me has just always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mum loved it, and my dad ran his own charter business most of my life growing up, so I have been pretty lucky from early on to catch some real nice trophy fish. I've done my dues as bait boy and I can definitely say, bait is ONLY for crab pots. I believe lures are the only way to fish.
Nowadays there is really one big motivation for me in fishing and that is the feeling I get when I watch my lure disappear with a flash of silver or bronze, whether its 40cm or 100cm, everyone of them is such an exhilarating experience. Barramundi are pretty much all I target now. My next goal in barra fishing, would be to get my boat finished and finally get myself a helix for it so I can really start to work on some target separation and smack some bigger barra more consistently.
Goals for myself: I'm still yet to crack that $1.20 barra, so that is my major goal. So far my biggest barra is a healthy 114cm, followed by a 103cm, 102cm and countless 90 models.
BREAM PRONAME: Wade Naylor
I started fishing back when I was 4 years old, my pop bought me my first ever fishing combo and showed me how to fish. I've been lure fishing for the better of 10 years and spend a lot of time chasing many different species, ticking a few species off the list.
About 3 years ago, I decided to start targeting bream, which opened up a whole new set of skills and at the start of 2019, I decided to start fishing competitively.
Ive been fortunate enough to travel to different locations chasing bream and still love it. I plan to just keep improving my skills and knowledge and fish a lot more tournaments.
FLATHEAD PRONAME: Brodie Angel
SOME INFO ON BRODIE:
My fishing adventures started when I was about 5 years old with my mum, dad and uncle, chasing bread and butter fish on the Fraser Coast.
Later in life, I moved down to North Brisbane where I would chase sharks with my mates off our local jetties and beaches.
I started getting into using hardbodies and soft plastics a couple of years ago when I purchased my first kayak, chasing flathead, bream, bass and reef species.
I currently own a Hobie pa14. The adventures I have had is what I love about kayak fishing.

SOME INFO ON CHRIS:
Chris finds himself in his mid 30's, he started fishing from the age of 5. His passion for kayak fishing started 4 years ago and he has never looked back. Kayak fishing is Chris's preferred style of fishing, currently owns a beautiful FEELFREE DORADO 125.
Chris lives in the Logan area, so it sees him do a lot of his fishing in the Gold Coast systems. Some of his favourite areas to fish are, Coomera river, Jacob's well, Logan river mouth, Somerset and Wivenhoe Dams.
Chris prefers to fish at night, (fishing from a kayak at night in the coomera river??? NO THANKS). His reasoning is its super quiet, no boat traffic and little wind.
His favourite species to target are Mangrove jack, estuary cod, flathead, trevally and yellowbelly.
Chris is one of those quiet gentle giant guys, every man wants to be him and every woman wants to be with him, (well that's the rumour anyway). He is such a great guy to have around, great to talk to and ask advice. He has been a great supporter of ours for quite a while now, always giving us advice to better our product/colours.
You can view Chris's facebook & instagram pages by clicking the links above, it would be great if we all could show him some love by following and liking his pages. We look forward to what Chris will bring the team.
